Where can I get the tutorials of DIY Leather Bag Kit?

You could check the related tutorials in the product page. In the mean time, you would be informed via Mail that there would be a link attached. You could click the link and it will direct to the tutorial video.

 

How long will it takes to make a bag following the tutorial?

The time that would be taken depends on the model. Some models that with simple structure would take shorter time, but the complicated ones would take longer. Please enjoy the time to make and feel proud when it has been done!

 

How could I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your mailbox when your product has been shipped. You could enter the tracking number on the express website (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS etc.) to learn more about the details. It would show you the estimated delivery date.

 

Do you delivery your products to any place in the world?

Of course yes! You can order the products to any place in the world as long as you provide the valid information, including name, telephone number, E-mail, address, code and so on.

 

How could I customize the printing?

Please contact us first and send us the image that you want to print, telling us the printing location. We will make a draft and respond to you for further confirmation. If it meets your requirment, the image will be about to be printed.

 

What help could I have if I am not satisfied with the Digital Painting?

We usually create the painting style based on our experience. If you have any further feedback that we are happy to listen to, the style would be re-created according to your requirement until it meets your satisfaction.

 

How long could I get my Digital Painting?

It usually takes us 2 - 3 days to finish. If it needs to be re-created, it might take more extra 1 -2 days.
